I thought I’d show some images of just some of the handrails we’ve completed so far this year. Clearly ‘tan’ is still a firm favourite for leather colour, and paired with a contrasting ‘lighter’ thread colour it really does make a big impression.
The first image is of the stunning gently sweeping handrail on the beautiful oak panelled staircase of ‘The Park’ restaurant beside Hyde Park, London. The work was all finished on-site and completed with a hand-stitch detail (here in a matching colour) to the underside seamline.
The other handrails were all residential orders. Handrail length, leather colour, thread and bracket choice all provided by the client with the handrails made and delivered ready to simply screw onto the wall!
